Analysis: Relationships key to handling logistics spend
In early 2010, logistics is a one way market. The price of fuel is rising, sustainability is being forced higher up the agenda and the indicators point to this area of spend growing out of its recessionary doldrums. This leaves procurement with some difficult decisions to make.
